Problem of corruption in post-Soviet space
On corruption in the former Soviet Union says a lot .... Every politician, legal scholar, head of public body, including senior government officials (especially newly appointed or who came to power) has its own unique correct conception of the fight against corruption, and only specifically its implementation could lead to its eradication .... . But as they say in the great fable of Krylov - and things there. However, in our opinion, the development of different concepts of anti-corruption huge specially created think tanks, research institutes do not take into account the main cause of mass corruption - a huge turnover of cash in the economy of post-Soviet states, as well as the lack of need for "bureaucratic class" report on expenditures. We rightly believe that the imposition of a legislative ban on the purchase of immovable and movable property whose value exceeds the amount equivalent to 10.000 U.S. dollars can significantly reduce the scope for corruption in the former Soviet Union.
